Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, SNIPVA will cover return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable items
Customized or final-sale items will be clearly labeled as non-returnable on the product page.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
